David is an experienced and determined trial lawyer.  He works hard to  provide his clients with an informed understanding of their legal rights and their practical implications. As an advocate, he zealously asserts his client’s position under the rules of the adversary system.  Over 23 years, David acquired considerable trial experience and can effectively litigate a case before judge or jury, should the circumstances so demand.

In addition to his litigation practice, David is a certified mediator, having completed mediation training at Northwestern University. He is certified by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediations in domestic relations and civil cases. His approach emphasizes clarity, balance, and practical solutions, helping parties find common ground and resolve disputes without the expense or strain of trial. Drawing on his two decades of courtroom experience, David understands both the legal and emotional dynamics of conflict and works to guide participants toward durable, fair agreements that promote closure and peace of mind.

David served as a part-time deputy prosecuting attorney for the Sixth Judicial District until 2025.  During his time as a DPA, he prosecuted all the State's asset forfeiture cases in Pulaski County.

David is a life long resident of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is the product of the LRSD, graduating from Hall High School in 1996.  He attended Lyon College and graduated with honors in 2000 with a B.A. in Politics.  David started law school immediately after college and earned his law degree from the Bowen School of Law and the University of Arkansas and was licensed to practice in August of 2003. He is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, the Overton Inns of Court and various other organizations.    

David has been married to his wife, Jill, for 25 years. He is a father of two brilliant and beautiful daughters.  

For several years, David has been listed as one of Arkansas's best attorneys by The Arkansas Times , The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and several local publications. In 2014, his first year eligible, David received an "AV" rating by Martingale Hubble, a nationally recognized legal organization, the highest peer rating standard. This is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.
